A sculptural reinterpretation of utilitarian design — the Dustform Parachute Pants are constructed from a high-density washed nylon-cotton blend, treated through multi-stage enzyme fading and hand-pigment application for a raw, gradient-tonal finish that shifts between desert taupe and oxidized khaki. Each seam line is intentionally exposed, revealing the garment’s architectural skeleton and giving the fabric an aged, structural fluidity.
Functional asymmetry defines its silhouette: dual floating cargo pockets wrap the thighs with angular precision, while the knees and lower legs feature articulated panelling and reinforced ripstop insets for mobility and abrasion resistance. The hems are equipped with zip and snap systems, allowing the fit to morph from straight to tapered, echoing a modular, field-ready sensibility.
Internally bound edges, tonal bartacks, and subtle distressing emphasize craftsmanship over perfection — a recurring Saint Kane signature. The final garment is stone-washed, air-dried, and heat-set to preserve its tactile integrity and ghosted texture.
