This piece is the result of a slow, intentional process where time, handwork, and imperfection are treated as luxury.

Each pant begins with heavyweight cotton denim, carefully selected for its density, durability, and ability to age with character. Before construction, the fabric is washed multiple times to soften the fibers and break initial rigidity, creating a natural drape while preserving structure. The garment is then assembled panel by panel, with reinforced knee sections and utility pockets stitched individually to ensure both strength and visual depth.

The distressing process is entirely hands-on. Fading is built gradually through layered washes, abrasion techniques, and controlled pigment removal, allowing shadows and tonal variations to emerge organically rather than uniformly. The darkened knee halos and worn edges are not printed or simulated—they are developed through friction and manual treatment, replicating the effect of years of natural wear.
