Each pair is taken apart, reworked, and reassembled in our studio setting, following an intricate process that merges traditional leathercraft with experimental customization.

The base is stripped back to its essentials before being layered with matte black leather and charcoal suede panels , both hand-treated to achieve a subtle depth in tone. Each metallic detail is individually positioned and fixed by hand , creating a perfect symmetry along the side panels. The Western buckle strap , forged in antique silver alloy, is engraved using traditional metalworking techniques and later aged by hand to reveal its patina.

To balance the sculptural weight of the hardware, wide satin ribbon laces are woven through the structure, lending a contrast of softness and restraint. The result is a tactile object — part sneaker, part art piece , designed to age with character and evolve uniquely with wear.
