  • How quickly will my order be processed?

Orders placed on business days are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the purchase confirmation.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

We ship internationally worldwide, without exception.
All our shipments are made under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, which means that all taxes, duties, customs fees and import charges are fully included in the final price .
No additional payments are required from the customer upon delivery.

  • What should I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

If you find that you entered an incorrect shipping address, we recommend contacting us immediately to request a correction.
Please include your full name, order number, and correct address in your message.

We will do our best to update the information before the order is shipped.
If the shipment is made before the correction can be applied and the package is returned to the sender, the reshipment will be made once the package is received again, and the costs of the new shipment must be covered by the customer.
